You may cancel an order within 24 hours of the requested delivery date/time. You may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Flowers are perishable and may not last long if not cared for properly. If you are unhappy with the goods and services you have received, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@atelierdefleurs.net. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and will work to remedy any issues.
